I heard Colin Powell speak on leadership recently. His key points:
- Set goals with the your team
- Train your team continuously
- Provide your team with the resources they need
- Reward your team based upon their performance and
- Provide ethical leadership.
Planning only takes you so far. Build a plan that you and your team will implement.
Strategic Implication
Make your plan implementable, or don't bother planning.
